Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy & Business Development:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for data center solutions (colocation, managed services, cloud hosting, etc.).
• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, and marketing) to create customized solutions that address client needs.
• Present and pitch data center services to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
• Identify industry-specific opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for service improvement.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track sales activities and manage client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of experience in data center, colocation, or IT infrastructure sales.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, cloud, and managed services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver technical sales presentations.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
